Cetelem: how to get to the right persona by combining machine learning and 1st party data?
A credit lender whose conversion funnel breaks in two, an online credit request followed by a contract signed offline, was collecting more and more leads that failed the first automatic acceptance filter. blue2purple registered a second conversion in Google Ads, acceptance rather than submission, so machine learning could learn what separates the two groups. The transformation rate rose by 35 percent, the conversion volume of accepted leads by 40 percent, and the CPA came in 37 percent lower than before the change.

Cassis Paprika: enhancing international sales through targeted campaigns
A sales campaign run across four European markets, phased from pre sales and private sales into incremental discount offers. Meta and Performance Max carried the media, with the strategy adapted to local regulations and consumer behaviours in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. Sales rose 11 percent through the social media campaign between 1 and 17 July, and return on ad spend improved by 38,25 percent.

Breaking barriers in mental health: INAMI's multichannel push
A national mental health awareness campaign for INAMI, run in two waves across Belgium and structured on the SEE THINK DO framework. Radio, online audio, DOOH, display, YouTube, Meta and Google search, with Snapchat replacing radio in wave two to reach younger audiences. YouTube impressions came in 8x above forecast, clicks to the website rose 56 percent, and in Southern Belgium website visits tripled.

Introducing Haier to the Benelux market through a full-funnel media strategy
Haier entered the Belgian market in September 2024 with 28% new users, an 18.67% internal link click rate and a 28.67% reseller click rate. blue2purple built a full-funnel media strategy adapted to a reseller-driven sales model, from DOOH near reseller stores to YouTube, Meta, TikTok, display, always-on SEA and Bol.com Branded Shelves. Three successive waves extended the scope from Belgium to the Netherlands.

Cash Converters: conversion and awareness
Stores covered by geotargeted campaigns sold 2X more products from the promoted categories than the other stores. blue2purple built Cash Converters an annual two step plan on Facebook, inviting people to sell first and to buy second, so that stock stays supplied ahead of every selling push. An awareness strand and a community strand run alongside it, across all 34 points of sale.

Driving off the charts engagement on TikTok with Warner Bros. Discovery "The Batman"
blue2purple and Warner Bros. Discovery were the very first in Belgium to test TikTok's Instant Page format, built for the release of The Batman. The ad became a mini site where users could read character descriptions, watch trailers, enter a contest and book their cinema ticket without ever leaving TikTok. CPM came in 53% lower than other TikTok video campaigns, click through rate 92% above benchmarks and cost per click 94% below. The film ended 36.8% above its original box office estimate.

Barbie The Movie: Belgian offline campaign success
Barbie The Movie took over 10 million euros at the Belgian and Luxembourg box office, became the 6th best film of all time in Belgium and the best performing Warner Bros film ever in BELUX. blue2purple built the Belgian campaign off the beaten path, with Out of Home and radio as the primary drivers rather than digital: two Barbie themed elevators in Antwerp, a nationwide DOOH campaign, a pink Qmusic takeover with contests, and a premiere event at Qbeach Oostende. Over 1 million people were reached.

Cetelem boosts lead generation with retargeted DOOH innovation
An acquisition campaign that introduced Cetelem's refreshed identity by pairing DOOH with retargeting. Ads ran on 450 screens across 315 locations, with targeting optimised to a radius of 1 to 2 km, then Adsquare re-engaged the people who had passed those screens. The DOOH strategy generated nearly 2.8 million impressions and 398,000 ad plays, targeting adjustments cut costs by 32 percent and lifted reach to 55.42 percent, and the retargeted layer delivered 500,000 impressions with a click through rate of 0.26 percent.

Auto5 summer campaign driving engagement and webshop sales
Auto5's summer campaign beat benchmarks in every product category, with a 0.5 percent CTR on maintenance products, double the typical level, and CTRs of 1.4 percent, 1.06 percent and 2.1 percent on bike racks, roof boxes and toll badges. blue2purple matched each product range to the platform best suited to it, from Seedtag for tires to Meta Ads for accessories, and used Audience Advantage+ to reach people that interest targeting could not.

Auto5: a cross channel strategy to increase awareness and drive appointments
Appointment requests for Auto5's electronic diagnostics services exceeded initial projections and the garages ended up fully booked. blue2purple ran a two channel campaign across six towns, split equally between French and Dutch speaking regions, combining social media with Digital Out of Home screens near each service centre. The social campaign delivered a 0.11 percent CTR and a 1.66 percent engagement rate.

Auto5: transforming campaign performance through automated bidding strategies
A tire campaign that had been running for a long time went from 31 conversions to 255 once automated bidding was switched on, a 722 percent increase, with 160 percent more impressions. blue2purple built the dataset first: launch without automated bidding to collect clicks and conversions, then a period of manual optimisation on individual line items, then hand the decisions to the algorithm. The groundwork is what made the automation pay.
