The role

You’ll design eye-catching monthly visuals for our clients, turning original ideas into content that really leaves a lasting impression. You’ll help define the creative direction for video shoots intended for our clients on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with the concept that will make a difference.

What you'll do

• Static & Motion Design: Participate in brainstorms and translate briefs into strong visual ideas. Create assets for various channels, develop dynamic animated content (Reels, bumpers, carousels), and edit videos from existing assets.
• Trend Monitoring: Conduct creative trend monitoring to stay on top of social media trends
• Join creative brainstorms with our creative team and help shape new content formats
• Support our lead influencer with UGC creator outreach and parcel management

Must-haves

• A bachelor's in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design (or close to it)
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
• Real understanding of how each major social platform actually works: its codes, its trends, its in-jokes
• Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalents
• Growing Interest in the Use of AI in Graphic Design

Nice to have

• Experience with Nano Banana, Weavy

The team & culture

You'll sit with blue2purple's social and community team, alongside creatives, strategists, and our lead influencer. We move fast because the platforms do, but we make space for thinking, learning, and the occasional dumb idea that turns out to be brilliant.

Location & setup

• 4 days a week in our Brussels office, 1 day remote
• Boulevard du Souverain 25, 1170 Brussels (same building as the Mix)
