blue2purple is searching for a Social content Account Strategist who understands that the future of digital success lies at the intersection of Content and Media strategy. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between creative storytelling, influencer reality and media buying, to drive growth for our clients.
Your Role
You are the architect of integrated digital ecosystems. You play a crucial role in crafting plans where Earned (Content creation, UGC, Influencers, Community Management) and Paid (Social Ads, SEA) go hand-in-hand to maximize impact. You don’t just pass on client requests; you define the strategy, brief the experts with precision, and challenge plans to ensure they are the best possible version before they ever reach the client.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication and Presentation: Serve as the main point of contact, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the impact of our strategies. selling the vision of how content and media work together through compelling presentations.
- Integrated Strategy Development: Design full-funnel plans that leverage the synergy between Paid media (media plan & buying) and Earned media (Content Creation, Influencers, UGC, and Community Management).
- Expert Briefing & Leadership: Translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable briefings for the Media, Creative, and Influence experts.
- Creative & Media Plan Quality Control: Act as the first line of defense for the client by critically challenging internal content proposals, influencer strategies and media plans, ensuring they are aligned according to their strategic needs.
- Campaign Oversight: Supervise the execution across platforms, ensuring the « Media + Crea » synergy is maintained throughout the campaign lifecycle. Constantly refining tactics for success.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Provide a holistic view of how social engagement and creator content fuel performance results. Using our datalake
- Innovation and Strategy Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative approaches to engage audiences effectively.
Requirements
Hard Skills (Technical & Professional)
- Paid Media: a good understanding of Social Ads (Meta, TikTok) and SEA (Search, PMax).
- Earned Media Fluency: Mastering of the mechanics of Influencer Marketing, UGC, Content creation (Campaign and Always-on) and Community Management.
- Strategy Formulation: Demonstrated ability to build and defend multi-channel marketing plans.
- Strategic Briefing: Proven ability to write creative and technical briefs that inspire experts while maintaining strict strategic guardrails.
- Organisation & Budget management
Soft Skills (Interpersonal & Leadership)
- The « Challenger » Mindset: You aren’t afraid to push back on internal teams or clients to ensure the strategy is bulletproof.
- Creative Bridge-Builder: You can speak the language of a data analyst as well as a creative director or an influencer expert, translating « performance » into « storytelling. »
- Strategic Conviction: The ability to present and defend integrated plans with confidence.
- Languages: Native-level Dutch or French (Required) and good knowledge of English.
